   TRACK INFORMATION: Texas World Speedway:  www.texasworldspeedway.com  979-690-2500 Track address: 17629 Hwy 6 South College Station, TX  77845 we are running the 2.9 mile road course!! Counter- Clockwise

   FRIDAY TEST & TUNE DAY: A test and tune day is available thru the track! Registration at the track from 7-8am. Track will be hot from 8-5pm.  Lunch break from 12-1.  $200 for the day.  Fill out the form at www.texasworldspeedway.com/testandtune.php then fax it to 979-690-0291or call Rusty Rush to sign up  979-690-2500

   GATE FEE: Spectators are welcome and will be charged $10/day!  Each driver is allowed 3 crew at no charge. Each additional person above 3 crew will be charged $10 for the weekend. 

                                                                                            QUALIFIED DRIVERS COST:

o        Full Package: $900 Full package includes a Friday pm reception party, an embroidered Viper Racing League polo shirt and a goodie bag, 2 practice sessions totaling 1 hour of track time, one 30 minute qualifying and a 30 minute race on Saturday.  Sunday 2 practice sessions totaling 1 hour of track time, and a 1-hour race, Saturday pm sit down dinner, FREE water for the entire weekend, and a transponder. 

o        A la Carte Package:  $450 1 day, $850 2 days, includes track time only.  Additional add ons:  Embroidered Viper Racing League polo shirt $35, $35 Fri pm reception, $45 Saturday pm dinner, $25 transponder

   PAYMENT: Viper Days accepts Visa and Master Card and American Express.  Make checks payable to: Viper Days, Inc.  Payment for each event is paid in full prior to the event!!  Late Entry- 7 days before event will result in a $50 late fee, NO EXCEPTIONS!!

   HOTEL INFORMATION: Be sure to call one of the below places to make your room reservation and ask for the Viper Days room block.  Please make the reservations early for I am sure that all of the hotels will sell out! Alternate hotel: see track web site for additional listings.

   TRACK SIDE SUPPORT & SAFETY EQUIPMENT: Archer Racing Accessories will be on hand to do complete trackside service including suspension, alignments, engine modifications and exhaust.  He has also expanded his line to safety equipment.  If there is something specific you will like, or to make and appointment please call John Archer 218-727-4806

   TIRES   Archer Racing  is the Exclusive provider of trackside, tire mounting and balancing, and sales.  Those needing Michelin,  Hoosier or any other tires please call ahead and order them so they can bring them to the track.  Please call Rick at 218-727-4806 Cut off date to buy tires is October 1^st!

   PIT STALL RENTAL: There are 60 garage spaces available!  $25/space for the weekend.  First call first reserved.  Courtney@viperdays.com

   TRAILER AND RIG PARKING  Thursday 6:30pm-10pm $15 entry for car/trailer and $50 for semi Friday 7am-24 hours Sat 24 hours, Sunday 24 hours gate guard on duty

   CAMPERS & MOTORCOACHES: Overnight camping IS ALLOWED for $15/night self-contained.  The track will personally collect the camping $$. You can camp Fri & Sat nights.  Plus $40 payable to Viper Days to cover overnight security due to camping.  Please us the large camper entrance!

   FUEL: Full line of Sunoco fuel: premium for $6/gallon +/-.  There is station at the exit before the track.

   FRIDAY NIGHT ARRIVAL: 6PM until 9PM at the Holiday Inn.  Check in and register at the reception with hors d’oeuvres. 

   GUEST FOOD PACKAGE: For those who do not wish to put their car on the track and/or guests, we offer a food package of the reception and a banquet for $75.00 per person.  Children will be given a discount, must call Courtney for details!! Dinner only is $45

   TRACK INFO

       SATURDAY: If arriving on Saturday morning, be at the track by 6AM for registration and tech inspection. MANDATORY drivers meeting at 7:40.  Drive-arounds at 7:00.  The track will go hot at 8am-5pm. Classroom instruction begins at 8:00 AM, Banquet at the Holiday Inn 6:30 cash bar / dinner at 7:00PM. The track will have breakfast available for purchase at 6am.

       SUNDAY:  Track goes hot at 8am with the Red Race Group

TIRES FOR THE 2008 VRL RACING SEASON

  All cars shall run the spec tire of the series – Hoosier 18” size for the Series.  Available in 305-30-R18 and/or 335-30-R18 only.

     ALL Hoosier tires will be branded and will be purchased from Archer Racong Accessories. 

Wheels shall be 18" in diameter, as approved by VRL.

       Visual inspection required. Forgeline will be the official wheel and use will get one bonus point per event.
